Metro Duct & Garage Pros provides professional duct cleaning, garage door repair, AC coil cleaning, and chimney maintenance services. All services are performed by licensed and certified technicians in our service areas.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. A 50% deposit may be required for large projects. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of service completion.
Customers may cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.
Metro Duct & Garage Pros is not liable for damages caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow technician recommendations, or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
All technicians are background-checked, insured, and trained in industry standards. We verify all credentials before hiring. Customers may request technician information at any time.
We guarantee our work for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will re-perform the work at no additional cost within this period.
Parts and labor are warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
Emergency services available 24/7. Emergency calls may be subject to additional fees. Emergency services must be scheduled through our hotline at (585) 210-9115.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to service areas. Metro Duct & Garage Pros is not responsible for property damage caused by customer negligence or lack of access preparation.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be taken to small claims court in the jurisdiction where services were provided.
